What is Energy Medicine?
Energy Medicine is an intuitive and holistic healing approach that works with the body’s subtle energy systems to restore balance, coherence, and nervous system regulation. It supports healing by addressing imbalances across the physical, mental, emotional, and relational dimensions of human experience.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, this work invites the body and mind into deeper harmony, supporting the natural capacity for self-regulation, clarity, and integration..

How does Energy Medicine work?
Intuitive Energy Healing sessions run for 60 to 90 minutes. Each session begins with a gentle conversation about where you are in your life and what you wish to receive from the session. Together, we clarify the intention for our work, while you are also invited to set a personal intention for yourself.

Every Energy Medicine session is unique, as it responds to your individual state, history, and present experience. I draw from a range of complementary practices including reiki, chakra healing, white light healing, access bars®, shamanic practices, sound therapy, and breathwork, always guided by sensitivity, attunement, and therapeutic presence.​
I also offer distant healing if we cannot be together in the same physical time and space.

How does distant healing work?
Receive intuitive energetic healing from wherever you are!
According to an article published on the Global Advances in health and medicine, Distant Healing intention (DHI) may be defined as a compassionate mental act directed toward the health and wellbeing of a distant person. DHI techniques are known by many names, including intercessory prayer, spiritual healing, aura healing, energy healing, energy psychology, shamanic healing, nonlocal healing, therapeutic touch (TT), quantum-touch, qigong, reconnective healing, Johrei, and Reiki.
Throughout ancient civilizations, in many cultures, accounts can be found of people who could supposedly heal merely with caring intentions. In distant healing, (the same as in-person energy sessions), universal life energy transcends the limits of time and space. Spirit is not tied to the physical world of matter.
Distant healing is a very effective form of energy healing and, as with any other alternative healing modality, it requires the individual who is receiving distant healing to have faith in the process.
During a remote session, it is common to feel as if you are not alone in the room, sometimes feeling as if the person sending the healing is gently touching you or even sensations like tingling or heaviness in your limbs. The secret is to stay anchored to your intention and focused on a slow and steady breath in order to expand the capacity for relaxation. The more you are able to get out of your mind and instead simply observe physical sensations, the more benefit you will receive from your distant healing session.
