A 7-night retreat rooted in spirituality, yoga
and transpersonal psychology.
An invitation to remember what it truly means to be connected, present, and alive.
Facilitated by
Aline Lage & Paola Guerreiro
Two deeply qualified, experienced and heart-centred teachers and space-holders.

The Connected Human
Connection is a force that awakens a source of life within you that illuminates your mind, expands your heart, and grounds you into the reality of your life. When we connect with breath, body, presence, we come home to ourselves. We awaken the potency of our being, the Kundalini energy — the inner life force that brings direction, clarity, and overall health and well-being.
This retreat is an invitation to return to that state of connection with yourself, with others, with the sacred nature of life, and with the unseen threads that weave everything together.

Bali — The Heart Chakra of the Earth
We chose Bali as the place for this retreat because Bali is widely known as the Heart Chakra of the Earth, a land where spirituality is not separate from daily life. Here, devotion lives inside the mundane. Offerings are placed on the streets, incense rises from everywhere, prayers flow into the rhythm of everyday living.
There is no divide between the physical and the spiritual. Through a ritualistic culture Balinese life is enriched by a sense of meaning.
The kindness of the Balinese people, the generosity of spirit, and the subtle sacred energy of the island support deep healing, awakening, and inner listening. Bali holds you gently and invites you to remember yourself.

Tejakula — The Land of Light
Our retreat takes place on the peaceful northern coastline, in a village called Tejakula, whose name means “People of Light.” There is an ancient story here of a mysterious light appearing at the top of the mountain, illuminating the land and blessing the people. This light is still felt today, as an atmosphere of clarity, depth, and spiritual presence.
Tejakula holds a unique place in Balinese history. It is known as a community where all people were regarded as equal without a caste system and you can feel this sense of openness and humility in the way the local people live and relate.
The land here feels spacious.
The ocean is calm and grounding.
The mountains rise behind you, strong and protective.
It is a place where the inner journey is quietly, powerfully supported.

Gaia Oasis — A Sanctuary Rooted in Community and Spirit
Our home for the week is Gaia Oasis — Pantai Beach Resort

Gaia Oasis is a community-based, not-for-profit foundation created to care for both people and the land. Its purpose is simple and profound: to support well-being, preserve nature, and uplift the local community of Tejakula.
From the moment you arrive, you are held by beauty. Palm trees sway in the ocean breeze. Gardens overflow with tropical flowers and birdsong. The sound of the waves becomes your background music.

The architecture blends gently into nature open spaces, soft colours, natural materials, creating a sense of simplicity, peace, and belonging. Many of the staff have been part of Gaia Oasis for years, and their kindness infuses the space with warmth and care.

A Day on Retreat — The Rhythm of Presence
We begin the day together:
Morning
7:30–8:30am — Morning Yoga Practice
A nourishing practice to awaken the body, open the breath, and soften the nervous system. Movement becomes meditation. You begin to feel connected, steady, grounded, alive.
8:30–9:45am — Breakfast
Fresh, vibrant, nourishing food shared in community, sunlight, sea air, gentle conversations.
10.00am–12:45pm — Workshop
Our morning session weaves together breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, and transpersonal teachings. This is where we explore the gateways of connection: breath, body and presence. You will learn how to quiet the mind, to restore the heart, and to open to deeper states of awareness.
There is space for silence.
Space for expansion.
Space for remembering who you are.
Afternoon
13:00- 2:00pm — Lunch & Gentle Integration
Rest. Nourish. Be still. Let the morning settle into your bones.
2:00–4:30pm — Free Time
This is your time — to swim in the salt-water pool, float in the ocean, nap, journal, drink tea, receive massage, wander through the gardens, or simply sit with the silence. Healing happens in these soft in-between spaces.
Evening
4:30–6:30pm — Workshop
An evening session blending movement, meditation, reflective inquiry, spiritual teachings, nature-based processes and gentle energy practices. Each day builds upon the last, creating inner alignment and deepening self-connection.

Shared meals, gentle presence, the sweetness of community.
8:30pm — Evening Practice & Rest
A quiet closing practice invites you into stillness.

Your body thanks you.
